The Daily Boost Podcast

Next up is The Daily Boost Podcast by Scott Smith. This podcast is truly a breath of fresh air when life gets crazy. Episodes are only about 9 minutes long so this is an easy podcast to squeeze into your morning or right before you go to bed. Scott walks you through understanding your feelings of “more” and wants you to identify what makes you happy.

In just minutes you can go from being in a slump feeling like the world is against you, to knowing that everything that happens to you is based on a choice you made. Once you identify what makes you happy, keep it and get rid of the rest. Do what makes you happy by waking up, taking a step in the right direction each day, and then repeat the process. There is a paid option for this podcast, but honestly the free version is so good you’ll fall in love with it just like I did. In fact, I loved it so much that I bought the monthly plan because I couldn’t get enough “Scott Logic” in my life. Click here to give it a listen: The Daily Boost Podcast
